Our Horses
Kodiak (Kodi)
Breed: Chestnut 16h Suffolk Punch gelding.
He is capable of carrying any size archer. He is the newest member of our team. Kodi has a nice walk, trot and canter but more ‘woah’ than go. He is a sweet boy and stunning.
Fun fact: Kodi went to his first Horse World Expo and got to demo in front of a big crowd. He did great!
Rarity (Hippo)
Breed: Bay Haflinger/Brabant cross mane
She is a push ride with more ‘woah’ than go. She has a nice walk, trot and canter. Her nickname is Hippo because she is a chunkster capable of carrying most riders. Rarity has been working on fitness over the winter and is doing well with keeping a canter now.
Fun Fact: Recently competed in her FIRST national ranked competition and brought home a 1st place medal in the Raid 233. Rarity was part of a IHAA World Championship in 2025 and was the mount for a rider from South Africa
Pearl
Breed: Sabino Tennessee Walking Horse Mare
Pearl also does jumping and gymkhana. She has been doing archery for 5 years now. She is willing to try whatever you ask of her. A great beginner horse. Is gated but has a trot as well, moves out and not everyone’s kind of ride but if you like it, you can fly! Needs a balanced rider for faster gaits. 10-12 sec. straight track competition horse.
Fun Fact: Pearl is a star expo hall horse allowing people to pet her and take pictures for hours and she loves it!
June (Princess Pony)
Breed: Grey Welsh/Thoroughbred Mare
June is an all around versatile horse, she has experience as a range horse, jumping, gymkhana, hunting - she can do it all! Dotti has been doing horse archery for 3 year now, with a real need for speed! She is forgiving on beginners and has buttons for advance riders. Dotti can give a slow canter for the towers and speed up for the raid.
Fun Fact: June was part of the IHAA World Championships in 2025, she had 2 riders, one from Australia and one from Kazakhstan
Dotti
Breed: Leopard Spotted Araloosa Mare
Dotti is a former jumper and gymkhana horse, she has been doing horse archery for around 5 years now. She is sensitive, she responds to movement of a finger or even a thought sometimes but absolute magic in the right hands. She is currently enjoying semi-retirement helping beginners learn archery. 9-11 sec. straight track horse with a need for speed!
Rebel
Breed: Red Dun Quarter Horse Gelding
Rebel was a former vocation gymkhana horse. He first tried horse archery in 2015 but in just the last few years he has decided to own it. Rebel has a nice slow jog and walk for beginners. 13 sec. & 9 sec. straight track speed for competition.
Fun Fact: Rebel was part of the IHAA World Championships in 2015 wit his rider from Poland. They had 6.5 sec raid track speeds and came in 4th for the senior category for the Hunt.
