Come learn this exciting sport with us. No experience needed. We provide the horse archery equipment, trained horses and instruction. You will learn basics on the ground then mount your horse and try out your new skills. $120-135

Newville, PA ~Horse Archery Clinic
Central Pennsylvania - We are on our way! Join us for one or two days of Horseback Archery. Learn it for the first time or add to your skills. Ride our trained archery horses or bring yours to begin their journey ( limited number of new horses). No experience needed in archery or horseback riding but if you have one of both we will help you to combine them for an exciting time. We supply all the horse archery equipment, trained horses and the instruction just bring yourself. Your clinicians are Jamie Landis and Drew Stevens. Both are ranked in the top 50 in the United States. Jamie ( Newville is her home town) is a Nemethy trained coach and Secretary of the Mounted Archery Association of the Americas. She has been participating in Mounted Archery for 11 years and instructing for 8 years. She also is a level 2 USA Archery Coach and Level 1 IHAA Judge. Drew is a graduate of Wilson College and has been participating Mounted Archery for 4 years.

Blue Moon Equestrian Horse Archery Clinic

3rd Annual - Haunted Woods Shoot
Join us for this 1* WALK ONLY competition through the Haunted Woods. Beware of the creepy creatures inhabiting the woods. Make sure you shoot them all and become the victor and hero of the Haunted Woods Ride. Must be a MA3 member and FHA member to participate. FHA day memberships available. Look for the google sign up form closer to the event. Prerequisite is at least one clinic or lesson in mounted archery. Points count towards MA3 1* highpoint.
Ride windows at 10PM, 12PM & 2PM
Medals to the top 3 and ribbons to 4th-6th.

We will be traveling to compete in the Eternal Flame Mounted Archery’s 1* competition in Collins, NY. Walk, Trot and Canter divisions available. Reserve your horse with us and sign up with Eternal Flame. MA3 membership required.

Train your dragon
Bring your horse and we will help you train them up for horse archery. We will start on the ground with archer and horse getting the horse used to all the sights and sounds of Archery while we trained the archer on the ground with the bow and arrows. Please bring a lunch as we will have a short lunch break. After lunch, we will focus on the horse getting them used to the equipment and we will mount up if your horse is ready. No worries if your horse is not ready yet you may borrow one of ours to proceed with your journey and get to shoot off of the horse. We will give you tips to work on at home so you can continue your training with your horse. $250 for horse rider combo. $120 to add a friend/second archer also working with your horse. Don’t have a horse to bring? That’s ok come and participate and work with a demo horse $120. Pre registration and deposit required. Limited to 6 horses.
